Q&A Rent Buy Sell in and around Arabian Ranches

The season 2013-2014 is over in Dubai and many of us are facing some challenges: the landlord increased the rent – shall we move or shall we stay, the rent is not increased but somewhere else the rent is lower and get more space for the money, shall we buy or continue to pay rent? I am sure there are many more but these are the most common I came across with.

Taking all these into consideration, Ranches Business Women will organize a Q&A session about the real estate market in our area with two real estate agents specialized on Arabian Ranches and surrounding areas. They are:

Kate CrossKate Cross, Senior Rentals Consultant with House Hunters – Kate hails from the UK and after her first expat experience in Qatar, she relocated to Dubai in 2010 and has been a Ranches resident ever since. Her background as a Property Professional in Britain led her to develop working relationships with some 300 agents across the UK – she really understands what a good agent should be! As a landlord and tenant herself, Kate relates well to each party. This insight, coupled with her hard-working attitude and friendly disposition allows her to deliver a high level of customer service resulting in a steady stream of happy clients! Call Kate today on 050 929 2825 to see how she can help you.

Adrian PopicaAdrian Popica, Property Consultant with Better Homes – Adrian defies conventional wisdom on how a real estate agent should be. Once you meet him, it’s easy to see why. Highly professional, he’s earned a reputation as an honest consultant who takes a genuine interest in his customers. Adrian sums up this ethos neatly when he says, “I love everything about being a consultant. When I wake up in the morning I never know how my day is going to look; it’s unpredictable and exciting. I have the chance to meet interesting people from different backgrounds and experiences who teach me to see things from different perspectives”.

The event will take place at Maison Mathis “Arabian Ranches” on the 1st of June, from 9.00am-11.00am. RSVP on our Facebook page.
